Pump Screeds
Pump screed systems can provide a high performance cementitious self smoothing compound which is based on the latest in cerment and polymer technology.
Once mix with water a highly fluid fast setting compound is produced which is suitable for use in industrial environments giving an extremely hard wearing floor surface. The pump screeds can accept full traffic over night including fork lift vehicles. Up to 2000 metre per day can be applied by a suitable pump reducing down time in Resin Floor Solutions projects.
Can be mixed easily and applied by hand for smaller projects. They are suitable for commercial and industrial applications. Can be left exposed as a wearing surface or over coated with a water based epoxy. Application thickness can be between 5mm – 25mm in one application. The pump screeds can also be used as a leveling screed under neath a wide range of resin coatings toppings as well as vinyl, carpet and other floor finishes.
