GDL continues to build upon its working relationship with storebox, with the redecorations to the site boundary fencing now completed.

Phase one of the building was recently completed by the redecorations of the cladding and windows, which were painted in Store Box branding colours. Bespoke signage has also been installed. Phase two of the programme entails painting all palisade fencing and gates to the boundaries of the site.

All work entailed initially cleaning the fencing to remove dirt, grease, grime, etc. Surfaces were scarified with suitable grit papers to ensure the new paint coating would adhere and provide a long-term protective and decorative finish to the railings.

Any loose or flaking paint was removed back to a sound edge by hand tools.

Metal corrosion was removed by hand or mechanical tools, and a rust-inhibiting primer was applied, followed by two coats of premium quality external protective metal coating.

All work was completed on time and within budget to the client’s satisfaction.
