Polyurethane Coatings & Screeds
Polyurethane Coatings are hard wearing, high-grade seamless floor coatings manufactured for maximum chemical resistance. Polyurethane Coatings have excellent resistance to impact abrasion, machinery, traffic and is resistant to high temperatures up to 150°C. Polyurethane coatings are also hygienic – meaning it does not allow fungus or bacterial growth.
Polyurethane Screeds provide a range of resin rich moisture tolerant floor systems ideally suited to applications in the most aggressive industrial environments. They are solvent-free, non tainting and fully serviceable at temperature up to 1200c depending on the specification and can be installed of 6mm, 9mm and 12mm depending on the environment conditions.
Polyurethane coatings & screeds provide a good slip resistant even in wet process areas and can provide a variety of surface profiles to suit individual requirements for the best compromise between slip resistance and easy cleaning. Appropriate footwear and cleaning regime are required to maintain a high level of slip resistance.
