Anti-Slip Flooring – Non Slip Coatings
Anti slip resin flooring is the perfect floor solution if your work environment involves people, machinery or vehicles moving across the floor regularly. Poured resin flooring creates an anti-slip resin surface that is inherently safe to work on. Consequently the risk of falls and injuries are minimized.
The first type of Anti slip resin flooring is a finely textured finish that is safe for pedestrian traffic yet will withstand heavy machinery & truck usage. Chemical resistance is good and the tough epoxy resin ensures durability. The aggregate is already incorporated into the coating, thus greatly reducing the problems that can be encountered when scattering, as a generally even texture is achieved. Typically used for walkway/gangways and other pedestrian areas.
A second option is a heavier duty slip resistant surface where chemical spillage or heavy wear is common. This is a tough and water resistant flooring surface used for potentially hazardous areas to prevent slipping accidents.
